3. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, workflows, custom CSS wrappers, AI configurations, chatbots, automations, and other materials on the Platform are the proprietary property of Luminous Exteriors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any part of the Platform or its proprietary systems outside of the Luminous Exteriors ecosystem without explicit written permission from Luminous Exteriors.The websites, webforms, chatbots, automation workflows, and other materials created by Luminous Exteriors remain the intellectual property of Luminous Exteriors even when deployed for your business. You are granted a limited license to use these materials while your subscription is active and in good standing.
4. Liability Disclaimer
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Platform. Luminous Exteriors does not guarantee specific business results from the use of our Platform, as results may vary based on your industry, business practices, and market conditions.

Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Texas.
